NO. The reason there are so many of them is because NOBODY has “become rich” from doing these schemes. They’re all out there still trying to drag other suckers down with them because they don’t want to admit that there’s no money to be made this way. They keep thinking that if they only try a little harder and spam a few more hundred times, they’ll reach the magic number of referrals they need to actually make a dollar or two.

It’s NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. You won’t get rich, you won’t even make a decent living. You’ll just wind up a scammer spending all your time posting spam and hoping you catch another sucker or two before your post gets reported. That’s no way to spend your time.

Be careful on those MLM/Pyramid schemes. Make sure that they offer a real product or service or it is illegal. With that being said, there are a few companies out there that pay you commissions directly and through different layers or tiers. This is perfectly legal. The company is paying you to promote and share in the sales instead of paying a large advertising firm. It’s a win-win situation for both parties if you know how to promote. I’m listing my link for GDI below. This company sells web hosting and domain names like Godaddy does but it offers commissions for referrals as well.

All MLM companies are required by law to provide an “income disclosure statement”. You can usually find this in the small print of their website, or you may need to request it from them.

Also be sure to ask the “successful” person trying to recruit you to fax you a copy of their own paychecks from the business.. that is usually a good BS detector ;)
