Like tupperware sales. You sell to people, and you recruit people under you to sell, and you get a percentage of their commissions. And THEY recruit people to sell under them, and you get a percentage of THEIR commissions.

You make more money from the people selling under you, and under THEM, than you do from your straight sales.

We DON’T all work for an mlm company.
Even in realty it is not as you describe. Most sales functiosn have a commission incentive.
But the difference with mlm, a very important and big difference, is that in a normal company you get a gauranteed salary, benefits and you don’t have to pay to get in.
AND the sales people make much more sales than the people in ml do.
Mlm in essence is being a sals person, but at your own risk and cost, with absolutely no guarantees.

We have Multi Level Marketing (MLM) in all areas of our lives.

Even McDonalds is one!

In sales, you get paid off your own effort only. But MLM uses J Paul Getty’s concept. He says, “I would rather get paid 1% off 100 people’s effort rather than 100% off my own effort.” This concept of ‘leverage’ is key to success in MLM.

This concept is misunderstood by many. MLM is a VEHICLE that can help one to create wealth. It is the Marketing System.

I work for MLM in the Health Benefits industry. A rare combination, but can be very lucrative, with the demand for affordable Healthcare!
